Your safety and privacy online is very important to us. Any personal information you provide us with, including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of CreatEve Design PTY LTD. The only time we would share your contact information is when it relates to your design project. 

Credit Card Privacy Information

CreatEVE Design will never ask you directly for credit card details online or via email unless to pay for CfreatEVE Design services and special offers. To maintain online safety and privacy, we request that you do not enter it on any of the forms outside of the CreatEVE Design websites, except for making online payments via our Dubsado Client Portal,  or Stripe via our client portal. Emails containing requests for payment will always be sent you you from our CreatEVE Design email address and all forms are hosted on our Client Management software, Dubsado. All of our payments are currently through Stripe.

Before entering any personal or credit card information to make your payments, make sure that the website address starts with “https://”and is only hosted at “stripe.com”. This ensures that your every transaction is safe and secure. Always practice safe browsing! and if you aren't sure, you can always contact us immediately.

Privacy on External Sites (Hosted or Affiliation)

CreatEVE Design is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

Privacy on Cookies

A “cookie” is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows CreatEVE Design to recognize you each time you visit any of our websites. We use cookies for customizing information delivered to you, such as advertising, surveys, or member-specific data from us. Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and CreatEVE Design does not use cookies to collect personal information. Cookies may also be used by third party content providers such as newsfeeds.

Privacy and Safety First Whenever You’re Online

While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to CreatEVE Design and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. In addition, other Internet sites or services that may be accessible through CreatEVE Design have separate data and privacy practices independent of us, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.
